Description:
U.S. Virgin Islands miniature flag. The flag has an eagle at center with an olive branch in its proper right talon and arrows in its proper left talon. The eagle's chest is a blue, red, and white shield. The letters [V] and [I] are on either side of the eagle. The flag is attached to a small black pole.
