Council chairman Dave Clark; Sam Jordan, a D.C. city government official; Reverend Jesse Jackson; Stevie Wonder; Representative John Conyers; singer Johnny Taylor; and Georgie Woods, Philadelphia disc jockey. The photograph is stamped and inscribed on the back.
