Green US Army Nurse's dress uniform jacket and insignia pins worn by Brigadier General Hazel Johnson-Brown. The single-breasted long sleeve jacket (a) is made from olive green polyester. It closes at the center front with four (4) gold metal buttons. A diagonal inset pocket is at each front side waist. There is a dark green band near the cuff of each sleeve. The jacket has a round collar and a shoulder strap on each shoulder that closes with a single gold metal button near the collar. The jacket is lined in green polyester and there are no interior pockets.
Two (2) silver five-pointed stars (b,c) are pinned to the jacket, one on each of the shoulder straps. A pin comprised of seven (7) service medal ribbons (d), one with a bronze oak leaf, is attached to the jacket at the proper left front breast. A "U.S." gold insignia pin (e) is attached to the proper right collar. An Army Nurse insignia pin (f) is attached to the proper left collar.
