Description:
Black and white image of two (2) women in the foreground and three (3) women and one (1) child in the background. In the foreground, two (2) women are seated talking with each other. The woman on the left, Mary Coley, wears a white and dark striped dress with three-quarter sleeves and an apron. Coley's proper left arm is wrapped around the shoulders of the woman seated on her proper left. The woman on the right wears a light-colored dress with a stylized bib collar with buttons down the front. In her proper right hand, she holds a purse. She also wears a white round earring in her proper left ear. She looks at the woman to her right. Behind the front row of women are three (3) additional women along the upper third of the image. In the upper left corner is a small child held by a woman who points away from the child. The other two (2) women in the background wear patterned dresses and look at the two (2) women seated in front.
