Description:
Jar of ovoid form with broad shoulder tapered towards foot and flat base, tall neck with out-rolled rim, eight grooved lugs with pressed ends on shoulder.
Clay: dark brown stoneware.
Glaze: iron brown with silvery luster, glossy, opaque, pinholes in glaze surface; unglazed interior.
Decoration: seashell scars all over the jar except interior.
