[1] This photograph was printed in early 1989 by Everett Studios, Inc. in White Plains, NY. See letter from Paul Kiley, Everett Studios, Inc., to Patrick Sears, Assistant Director, Arthur M. Sackler Gallery, dated May 15, 1989, copy in object file. The photograph was delivered to the museum by November 1989. The photograph received a temporary number upon its arrival to the Arthur M. Sackler Gallery and an accession number was formally assigned to the object in 1993 following the conclusion of the travel exhibition “India Along the Ganges: Photographs by Raghubir Singh,” November 23, 1989-May 31, 1992.
