Description:
Sake flask (heishi [JPN]), tall inverted pear-shape; flaring at foot. Cf. F1896.34.
Clay: hard, dense, light gray.
Glaze: luminous aubergine mottled with copper-brown; thin overflow of light yellow-green, splashed with brilliant black.
