Abstract:
Field notes document the work of James Lynch in "El Cusuco" National Park [Cortés department, Honduras] during January 10 - 28 and August 13 - 18, 1995. Contains brochures and loose sheets with field notes. Field notes are dated, headed with location or route, followed by narrative style entries that describe travel details, names of colleagues, bird lists, and descriptions of field work. These include numbered locations with time of day, descriptions of netting, birds and their behavior, habitat, vegetation, and maps of netting sites with notations. Also includes tables of data for netting (species and quantity recorded per day) and species accounts.
