Abstract:
Four pages of slides document James Lynch's study of insects during 1966-1976. Images are stamped with development month and year, and most include detailed captions that detail location information and fauna identification (common name). Subject matter includes insects on vegetation, their habitat, and candid images of individuals in the field. Identified fauna include katydids, bumblebees, Tussock moths, inchworms, and caterpillars. Identified locations include Stevens farm, Site 5 plot A, and Phalaris meadow (no state identified).
