Abstract:
The notebook documents the field trip of Everett Dale Jackson in Muskox (South Africa) during 1972 as a part of 24th International Geological Congress. The author provides a description of route and terrain for each dated entry. Information on samples includes: specimen identifier (e.g. 72 MUS-2), directions to a collection site, types of minerals present, quantity, measurements, inclusions, occasionally thumbnail sketches of the phenomena observed.
