The notebook documents the work of Druid Wilson in Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, 1962-1973. The volume begins with an index listing year, state, page number, and additional subjects (shipping records, addresses, system of field numbers, locality data needed, conversion table). Entries are headed with year, location, date range. They are organized by location identifier (e.g. SC-7) and include descriptions of terrain, geological characteristics, fossils found, and collector.
