Abstract:
The color photographs document field work on Laysan Island for the Pacific Ocean Biological Survey Program, 1968. There are captions on the reverse side of the photographs listing description and tagging information. Images show a Hawaiian Monk Seal at Johnston Island. Description notes that the seal was a resident August 2, 1968 at least into October. It was tagged (A-306) by Gene Kridler at Laysan, as a pup, Spring 1968.
