Abstract:
The black and white photographs document field work completed during the Pacific Ocean Biological Survey Program, 1964. Includes an envelope and loose photographs. The envelope includes images of birds taken by A. B. Amerson, Jr. Photographs have captions that list negative number, date, location, age, sex, type of animal and description. Subject matter covers Hawaiian Monk Seals, individual and groups of various types of birds (Laysan Albatross, Laysan Teals, Black-footed Albatross, Sooty Terns, Red-footed Booby), vegetation (types), eggs in habitat, and participant at work (George Wislocki).
