Abstract:
This item consists of a folder of data collected at sea by Pacific Ocean Biological Survey Program staff, aboard the R/V Thomas Washington, 1967. A logbook kept by Robert L. DeLong, 20 April to 5 May 1967 includes data kept on the Scripps Institute of Oceanography cruise aboard the Thomas Washington. The logbook includes handwritten entries on pelagic bird observations that include: date, time, species, number, direction, and remarks. Remarks include behavioral observations (circling, feeding, etc.) and physical observations (size, maturity, coloring, etc.).
