Abstract:
Original logbook of the Albatross, hydro numbers 7576 to 7624, 20 to 26 October 1916. Data recorded include station number (no.), date, hour, position, locality, depth, bottom, sample, wind (direction and force), sea, sky, temperatures (depth, thermometer make and no., reading, stem temp., correction, corrected temp., w. sample, bottle used), currents (depth, hour, tide, time down, revolutions, speed, direction), color of water, transparency, remarks, nets used (description, depth, time, speed), and notes. Locality: the North Pacific Ocean near the border between Baja California Norte, Mexico and California, United States.
