Abstract:
This is a black-and-white photograph taken while Charles Branch Wilson worked at the Johns Hopkins University's marine laboratory at Port Antonio, Jamaica in 1897. The photograph was taken at Port Antonio and depicts a line of people with bunches of bananas loading them onto ship. There are some other people watching and some smaller boats docked next to the ship.
