Abstract:
This notebook contains data and sketches for two colonies of Electra monostachys collected on kelp on 11 April 1939. The locality is illegible. Data were recorded and drawings were made 13 and 14 April 1939. Individual organisms are labeled in each drawing. Data are recorded in the data tables for each labeled individual; fields include alive/condition, rim, basal spine, disto-lateral spine, lateral spine, frontal wall, and frontal pores. On a third drawing, individuals are labeled but the colony is not identified. Near the back of this notebook is a list of localities for YPM collecting stations 1-569. Loose sheets in the front of the notebook appear to be notes about specific collecting station records with RCO, YPM, and MCZ numbers.
