Abstract:
This folder contains reports and tables on the vegetation of Christmas Island [Kiritimati] and botanical work done there by C. R. Long in 1964 and 1965. "Vascular plants recorded from Christmas Island" by C. R. Long (undated) reports on species documented by Long in 1964 and 1965 and by prior researchers. Specimens listed in the species accounts are deposited at the University of Hawaii, the U. S. National Museum, and the B. P. Bishop Museum. Photocopies of other documents list field work activities, plant species collected, and soil samples taken by C. R. Long from June 14-18, 1964.
