There is an index of locations, organized by state, in the back of the notebook. Locations included but are not limited to the vicinity of Great Falls, Fairfax county, Augusta county, Virginia; Truckee, Lake Tahoe, California; Yellowstone National Park, Montana; Uinta county, Wyoming; eastern Kansas; Logan county, Arkansas.
