Abstract:
This field book includes the field notes of Miller from a collecting trip to Jamaica in 1931. A list of plants collected by Miller includes collector numbers 1261-1570. Entries list scientific name and collector number. Occasionally, entries list habitat, common name, or other observations. Some determination notes are included. Towards the back of the book is an extensive list of common names. Common names are listed alphabetically, with corresponding collector numbers for each. A folded and hand-drawn map is attached to the inside back cover of the book. Localities include Mandeville, Pepper, and Windsor.
