Abstract:
This folder contains various correspondence dated 5 January to 24 May 1906. The following is included: correspondence on birds collected or observed in various locations including Manila, Binan (in Laguna), Zamboanga, Mount Malindang; special military orders and military correspondence; letter mentioning mammal and other specimens in Mearns collection; letter regarding “biological reconnoissance [sic] of Mt. Malindang” from J. R. Williams of the Mindanao Headquarters; expenses; account of travels from J. P. [J—ey?]. Correspondents include “CWR”, “Campbell”, Wm A. Duucaus, M. H. [Bowman?], and H. B. [Pascogy?]. Some letters provide information about routes and information about resources of localities.
