Abstract:
This field book contains a specimen list of botanical specimens collected in Guadeloupe from 1879 to 1892. Collectors numbers 2968-3983 are included, but only a few collector numbers were used. Also included is the US National Herbarium number. Specimens are listed by their taxonomic name and accompanied by notes on location, altitude, rarity or abundance, and brief physical description. Notes are in French. Localities include Pointe-à-Pitre, Camp Jacob, and Sainte-Anne. Cordial and Cyprus, myrica. Most specimens collected were from the genera cordial, cyprus, and myrica.
