Abstract:

This field book contains field notes on birds taken from 22 May 1972 to 13 September 1972. Notes contain lists of various birds spotted in Virginia. Most of the birds listed were observed at Eike's home on 6207 Newman Road, Fairfax or in the surrounding area. Birds observed during a trip to "White Stone" in Virginia and a news clipping about highway damage from 22 July 1972 are also included. Other locations may be included. Notes occasionally include weather and temperature information, quantity, time spotted, and the sex of the birds.
