This field book contains field notes on birds taken from 11 October 1976 to 16 January 1977. Notes contain lists of various birds spotted in Virginia. Most of the birds listed were observed at Eike's home on 6207 Newman Road, Fairfax or in the surrounding area, including the corner of Colchester Road and Fairfax Station Road. Other locations may be included. Notes occasionally include weather and temperature information, quantity, time spotted, and the sex of the birds. Rising and setting times for the sun are occasionally included, as are sightings and quantities of chipmunks.
