The notebook from Grand Canyon is handwritten in pen and pencil; the center of the note book is empty, with text restarted toward the back. Entries are listed by date, and usually title location observed. Locations are extensively described, and also include sketches, inserts, descriptions of sections, details about stone types, color, texture, and fossils found. Sites mentioned include Sink Valley and Kanab Canyon. |Notes from 1930 describe sites at (Arizona) Music Mountain near Peach Springs, Del Rio, Algae in Naukoweap, Kaibab Trail, Naukoweap Creek. Includes notes by Charles Elmer Resser, Alexander Stoyanow, and Edwin D. McKee.
