Abstract:
This field book contains notes Hubbard took during his trip to Oregon and British Columbia, Canada from 26 May to 16 June 1892 and his trip to North Carolina from 31 May to 1 July 1893. During Hubbard's trip to Oregon and Canada, he collected at La Grande, Hood River, near Portland, Columbia River, Victoria, Goldstream, Bow River (Alberta), and other locations. During Hubbard's trip to North Carolina, he collections in Haywood County, North Carolina, and possibly other locations. Most specimen collected during these trips were beetles (Coleoptera), but Lepidoptera and Neoptera also included and possibly other orders or subclasses of insects. Also included is a specimen list from January to July 1893 numbered 1-8 and a photo list for Colorado midland and Victoria.
