On black ground, in upper three-quarters of sheet, an abstract daisy-like image composed of seven petals colored in blue, orange, green, yellow, tan, brown, and red. Imprinted in each petal, in white: S/390; yellow petal also contains on the outer curve: TM; along the lower edge in white: A new era begins... / September 1990; in lower right corner, the IBM logo in horizontal tan stripes: IBM.
