Presentation design for silver chalice with cup and base of same diameter; round flat cushion-shaped piece with basket weave motif at upper stem; at top and bottom of cushion, motif of bound leaves; Latin inscription just below cup rim: EX DEO NA..., on cross-hatched background, and illegible Latin inscription around base.
