Description:
Assortment of maritime and patriotic scenes as well as a Chinese pavilion. Neptune in a chariot gives orders to Mercury and Pallas Athena. A child holding a book titles "Nouvelle Loi" (new Law) stands beside them. There is a scene apparently granting freedom to three slaves which may coincide with the first abolition of slavery in 1794. In red on white.
