Description:
Dinner knife, part of flatware service designed in "Martelé" silver for "Rockledge Estate" in Winona, Minnesota. Long straight rectangular blade with rounded tip. Waisted join, leading to four-sided hollow handle, with gently rounded sides, widening towards terminal. Obverse and reverse decorated with lily motif within border, stemming from join of handle continuing up handle with three sets of mirroring leaves on either side of central stem, terminating in mirroring lily blossoms encasing mongram 'EKG.' Terminal in form of segmented or flat arch. Textured hammered surface visible throughout handle.
