Description:
Design for prefabricated house, exterior view. Front elevation shows modular house on graded lot cantilevered over stacked masonry columns and ground-level with upper ribbon windows and clad with vertical siding. At right, stairs provide access from gangway. Primary floor is rectangular volume with floor-to-ceiling windows on either side asymmetrically, with central plan in vertical siding, and deck with railing; one figure stands inside at right. Behind, at right, a secondary level is accessed by stairs and seems to float atop another stacked stone column. At center, a third level is stacked on the primary one, with large windows and a balcony area.
