Description:
Unfinished sampler. Sampler has an elaborate floral border of two vines bearing several varieties of exotic flowers (and johnny-jump-ups). The foliage grows from an urn and culminates at the top as a rose. The center is empty, and it is signed "Elizabeth Hanskins Marlborough, December 16 - 1823" at the bottom.
