Description:
Floor plan and furniture placement plan for first floor. Porch, two maid's rooms, bath, kitchen and laundry on west side of plan; pantry and breakfast room at right. Staircase on north wall, large dining room with oval dining table and chairs on south wall. Entrance hall and main doorway to right of stairs; library on south wall with porch off room. Coat room and toilet to the right of the main entrance. Large living room, extending from north to south wall at far right; porch off living room at upper right. Placement of furniture and indication of furniture numbers throughout.
