Description:
Floor plan/placement plan of Central Service Industry Exhibit, Century of Progress Chicago International Exposition, 1933. Entrance on lower left wall to semi-circular room. Three-seat red leather sofa on left wall with end table and lamp to left of sofa. Radio, reflector, and loud speaker in upper left corner of room. Open bookshelves and two cabinets line the upper wall at left. Talkie and loud speaker built into cabinet. White upholstered armchair, small side table, and beige and leather armchair in center of room facing sofa at left. Leather open armchair and small health lamp in lower left corner of room facing two chairs at center. Two white upholstered chairs on lower wall at right, next to radio cabinet and projector cabinet. Two beige, high pile upholstered chairs facing wall at lower right corner of room. Small round side table with light in between chairs. Piano and chair, red leather chair, reflector lamp, and phonograph cabinet in upper right corner of room. Lower wall is rounded and probably contains series of windows. Two curtains on lower wall.
