Description:
Printed length has a vertically repeating palmette cartouche containing an American eagle with a shield flag. Cartouches have a stippled ground with eagle surrounded by a flower garland. Larger curving flower garlands surround each cartouche on both sides. Printed in shades of brown, blue, and red.
