Description:
Study for a Gillette Safety Razor Company advertisement, featuring the company’s signature blade. Across top of page, in black outlined lettering: GILLETTE. At center left, a depiction of a razor blade against a black, airbrushed ground in the shape of an inverted triangle. To the left, in graphite lettering: THE SLOT IN THE NEW. At lower right quadrant on page, [Gillette diamond-shaped logo] and below, graphite lines indicating space for copy.
