Description:
Skirt panel of black figured velvet with narrow vertical stripes of varying types including ribbon-and-leaf serpentine, cardinal's hats, tassels, and flowers on a stripe, and a sawtooth stripe with a diamond center. Bottom edge has two wide scallops comprised of swags and flower heads held aloft by ribbons.
