Description:
Éventail de poche (pocket fan). Leaf of egg-shell mousseline de soie. Obverse: applied with band of the same material and gilt sequins of varying shapes. Shell-like sticks, each made of two separate pieces riveted together at shoulder forming a hinge and allowing the fan to be folded to half its length. Gorge shaped with S-curves and inlaid with round gilt piqués. Gilt metal bail.
