Description:
Below is a base similar to that in 1938-88-1301. Upon it is a plinth carrying a high pedestal and in front of it a base, with a festoon at the front and above a variation of the figure in 1938-88-1305, with an angel kneeling beside her. The upper parts of the group are in front of a base standing above the entablature. Upon it is a pedestal, with a band around the front panel and with an urn with a cover on top. Hope, with her right hand upon the anchor, and another allegory are leaning against the pedestal.
