View of a garden pavilion containing a grotto in the grounds of the chateau of Meudon, in the foreground, basins, fountains, and parterre on three different levels with ramps and stairs leading to each level. Trees in the background. Figures and sedan chairs throughout the grounds. The plate is titled with a description of the gardens.
