Description:
Oval vase with a narrow neck. The vase is decorated with a Roman profile portrait medallion at its center, as well as with fluting, garlands, laurel leaves, gadrooning, and two rosettes inset into coffered panels. The vase is elevated on a low, simple plinth. The plate is numbered, and the etched signature can be made out, Beauvais in, but appears to have been burnished out.
