Description:
Design for a stove heater decorated with neoclassical motifs, in the form of a pedestal decorated with friezes and panels with figures, scrolling acanthus leaves, flying putti, and foliate branches. A vase on top of the pedestal decorated with a frieze of figures, gadrooning and masks. Below the pedestal, a floral diaper pattern, and drapery. The whole is set into an arched niche.
