Description:
Design for an oval box or snuffbox showing, from top to bottom, the elevation of the lid, with wave band and bead course; a top view of the lid, with a monogram in a central rondel and a lozenge pattern with beads; and an elevation of the box, with its lid open at the hinge, featuring bands of draped garland of flowers, bead course, a guilloche of branches with rosettes within, bead course, and band of flower ornamentation. The plate is signed and numbered.
