Description:
A printed sheet from a series of thirty designs for moldings, carved frames, doors, chimneys, and liturgical objects. In the upper section of the print, a design for a smoking thurible hanging from three chains, decorated with floral fretwork, fleur-de-lys, fleurons, and acanthus leaf ornament. With two winged putti heads on the sides and a profile portrait in a roundel in the middle of the lower section. Below there is a design for a footed boat, with two-hinged lids, decorated with acanthus leaf ornament and a winged putti mascaron on the front. A spoon is placed in front of the boat, leaning on the foot. The plate is signed and numbered.
