Description:
Cross section of a three-story building showing the interiors on the left side of the plate and details of various moldings on the right. The interior features various decorative elements including panel trophies, carved and painted overdoors, allegorical paintings, and ornamental clasps of shells and mascarons. An inscription at the bottom of the page indicates that this is the cross section of the stables of the Palais Royal, the façade of which is illustrated on the title page of the series, 1921-6-216(62). The plate is signed and numbered, but it is trimmed on the right side.
