Description:
A stylishly dressed man embraces a woman whose husband stands are right. Surrounded by trees, rocaille, and a framing of rocaille, shells, fruits, etc., with an escutcheon top center, with: "LE BAISÉ DONNÉ / Guillot passoit un jour avec sa Marié le Seigneur du village (?) à la charge dautant très volontiers / elle est bien a votre service / sans d'autres compliments / le galant fit l'Office". In an escutcheon, bottom center: "OSCULUM ACCEPTUM / d'um sequitur Galatea sum nova sponsa Menal / cum Villorum princeps… / … / … / Dat Galatea viro". Below: "à Paris chez Basset rue st. Jacques au coin de la rue des Mathurins".
