Description:

Sofa design in Louis XIV style. Alternative decoration at top rail shows a cornucopia and beading at left, urn and floral design at right. The legs show alternative scroll and leaf design. Sofa is referred to a as a "canapé a joues." Upholstery, dusty pink stripes interspersed with blue floral motif. Scale at bottom: 4 pied.
