Description:
Decorations of the Grand Ecurie at Versailles for a ball honoring the first marriage of the Dauphin, February 24, 1745. The chamber, filled with people, is seen from the end. Below, a ten line explanatory inscription and designer's and engravers names; also indication that the decorators for the occasion were Slotz at Perot.
