Description:
Recto: View of an interior by a hearth. Three girls sit nearby, carrying out household tasks. In the background at left, their father, an impoverished nobleman, sits resting his head on his hand. A winged devil appears over his head. Saint Nicholas, wearing a miter, appears at a window in the background at right, offering three golden balls to the girls.
