Description:
The saint is seated before a music-desk, singing; she is accompanied at the organ by an angel. A yong man enters the room in the left rear. Over it is an inscription tablet: "PRECATIO D. CAECILIAE/PRO VIRGINITATE CON-/SERVANDA ORANTIS." Signed bottom right: "Ioan. Sadler sculp. et excud./ M. de Cos figurauit." Bottom margin: a poem, beginning: "VIRGO, fida Dei sponsa; ending: "At Diuum excipiat locus. D.R.LD."
